Customer Returned Goods & Refund Policy

Hygiene Laws:

Due to hygiene laws and regulations Bee Free Mobility are unable to accept a return on any product that comes into contact with the body in an unsanitary way or that could be affected by micro-organisms. This includes but is not limited to shower equipment, toileting aids, cushions and daily living aids that may come into contact with the mouth or body.

Bee Free Mobility Returned Goods Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, most products and services bought in Australia come with an ‘automatic consumer guarantee’ that the product or service you purchased will work and do what it says it will.

RETURNS POLICY / ORDER CANCELLATION 

Products that are returned for credit within 10 days of taking delivery will be subject to inspection and a 10% of purchase price will be retained as a re-stocking fee.

Orders that are cancelled after placement of order and where procurement is subject to special ordering, these orders will be subject to a 25% surcharge.

If cancelling a Service/Maintenance booking, no fees or charges will be applicable if notification is provided prior of the scheduled booking taking place.

Bee Free Mobility stands behind the quality of its products, however it is acknowledged and understood that, sometimes, a customer may need to return a purchase.

Generally, returned goods will fall into two main categories:

  1. Change of Mind return
  2. The goods are returned because they are Damaged or Faulty

In both of these cases, Bee Free Mobility will endeavour to support the customer through the returned goods process.

Proof of purchase

Returns must be accompanied by a purchase receipt or other itemised, verifiable proof of purchase. Bee Free Mobility retains the right to refuse a refund for unverified purchases.

1. Change of Mind Returns

A customer may wish to return goods because they have changed their mind or because they believe the item didn’t do the job it was expected to do (but it wasn’t damaged or faulty).

In these cases, provided that the goods are within their original packaging or in “as new condition”, they can be returned:

  • Within 7 days for a full refund or store credit
  • Within 30 days for a store credit

If the above requirements are not satisfied Bee Free Mobility reserves the right not to offer a refund or store credit.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods

Bee Free Mobility will accept returned goods within 30 days of purchase and provide a full refund, a store credit or “repair as new” where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • You can present your Bee Free Mobility purchase receipt or other itemised, verifiable proof of purchase.

2a) Warranty against defects

In cases where the goods come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty and the goods have been deemed to be faulty or damaged, Bee Free Mobility will accept these goods within the timeframe of the Warranty and:

  • Repair or replace the goods
  • Provide the customer with a full refund or store credit for the full amount of the purchase
